Delicious DAM oat milk pancakes

The team at Nos Cabanes joined forces with Dam Drinks to reinvent a pancake recipe. A true delight!

INGREDIENT LIST

For 6 to 10 pancakes:

PREPARATION

  1. Mix the flour and eggs in a large bowl thoroughly. Add the oat milk gradually. Stir with a whisk and add more milk as needed to achieve a consistency similar to 35% cream.

  2. Now, you're ready to cook.

  3. Use a crepe maker (ideally 25 cm in diameter) or a well-heated non-stick pan on medium-high heat; obviously, the size of the crepe maker directly affects how many pancakes you will make.

  4. Heat the pan and add a square of butter or coconut oil.

  5. Pour just enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan and cook on medium heat.

  6. Flip the pancake when it turns golden.

  7. Note that the first pancake is never very pretty because the pan has not yet reached optimal heat.

  8. Then cover EACH pancake with Himalayan salt maple butter to create layers of pancakes.

  9. Before serving, roll up the layers of pancakes and slice to create "pets de soeurs." Then sprinkle with Nos Cabanes maple syrup.

  10. Enjoy these pancakes and you will definitely have a delicious brunch.
