Espresso Martini with Maple Butter
Ingredients
52 ml (1.75 oz) vodka
22 ml (0.75 oz) coffee liqueur
30 ml (1 oz) espresso coffee
1 pinch of sea salt
ORGANIC MAPLE BUTTER INFUSED WITH COFFEE BEANS
Cotton candy
Preparation
In a shaker
Chill a coupe or martini glass with ice.Remove the ice.Prepare the glass rim by adding the maple butter.Add the coffee liqueur, espresso coffee, and vodka to a shaker.Add a pinch of sea salt.Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour into the glass.
Garnish with three coffee beans and/or cotton candy for a fun effect.
